The user of this site cannot utilize any software or application, which may interfer with the normal function of it. The user cannot utilize any application, automatic mechanism or manual process to monitor or copy its pages, without the previous consent and authorization of Factory 76, lda (Commercial name Procyon).
The user can utilize user names and passwords to access determined contents of restricted access. The contents in restricted areas are confidential to Factory 76, lda and the user cannot make use of it for lucrative or business purposes.
The content of this site may eventually contain some mistakes or not be updated. Factory 76 can make modifications or corrections to the published information without notice.

Pets are our friends, but we do not accept them inside of the property;
The common areas for guests must be respected;
We have the right to end a guest’s stay, if it becomes disrespectful to other guests and staff members;
Customers don’t have access to areas reserved to “staff only”;
Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except in the outdoor area;
Any damages or losses due to negligence are the responsibility of the client;
All special requests, such as bike rental, towels, etc, are under availability and may have additional charges.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited all around the property, except if consumed or bought on our bar.
In case of an outside wine bottle we can charge up to 5€ and in case of an outside beer bottle we can charge up to 0,50€ each per client.
It is not allowed to eat in the rooms, we do not have fridges to store food. We don’t have the capacity for extra beds.
The common areas can be used by all guests and should be respected.
No materials should be discharged into the toilets;
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen, due to lack of care. We recommend locking your bedroom door.
In shared rooms, we offer you individual lockers with keys that you can take with you, the keys must be delivered back during check-out.
Payment Policy
During the booking process, as a guarantee, you will be requested your credit card information;
The payment is made at the check-in or directly on pre-payed before check-in and all the extras consumed during the stay can be paid at check-out or at the time of purchase;
We accept the cards: VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, American Express, Netcaixa, ApplePay;
Payments can be made in cash, credit or debit card.
Check-ins and Check-outs
Check-ins are between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. It is possible to check in at another time if you inform us in advance and if there is availability, a late check-in fee may be applied in some cases.
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage at Procyon.
The room keys are delivered at the time of the check-in, as well as the outside access door card.
The keys must be returned at the reception during check-out. In case of losing it, a maximum fee of 50€ will be charged.
